You will support planning and forecasting activities, working closely with finance, commercial, and regional teams. You will prepare and challenge monthly and annual forecasts, produce management reports, and help improve forecasting processes. We value curiosity, clear thinking, and collaboration. Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update and maintain financial models to deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts for UK market.

  • Consolidate inputs from market and regional teams and support coordination of the planning cycles.

  • Analyse variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and present clear explanations.

  • Produce monthly management reports and materials to support leadership decision making.

  • Support scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses to assess risks and opportunities.

  • Contribute to process and system improvements to increase forecasting accuracy and efficiency.


Why You?
Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting or related finance roles.

  • SAP Analytics Cloud & Power BI experience preferred

  • Strong excel skills and experience with financial modelling and variance analysis.

  • Clear communication skills in English for effective collaboration.

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Team player who asks questions, challenges constructively and supports improvements.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Professional finance qualification (for example ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or working toward one.

  • Experience with planning and forecasting tools or ERP systems (for example SAP, VISTA, SAC, or similar).

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer goods or life sciences finance.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (for example Power BI or Tableau).

  • Proven experience preparing reports for senior leaders and facilitating decision making.

  • Experience driving process improvements or automation initiatives.

Working model
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our Poland office regularly and be available for in-person collaboration.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 89,250 to PLN 148,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
