Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate process requirements with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SingleView.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and model complex business processes.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable process designs.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate business needs.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow tools to visualize and communicate process changes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process improvements and collaborate effectively across teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SingleView.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education with BE or any equivalent is required.
