About the Role

该职位带领团队负责中介直销渠道的客户续保、加保以及客户服务，维护与中介渠道的合作关系，不断加深业务合作

主要职责：

• 负责管理中介直销渠道客户服务团队，确保续保各项目KPI 目标达成，确保客户服务满意度
• 对续保业务进行品质管理以及跟进管理续保业务谈判
• 定期拜访客户HR 及中介，维护好大客户HR 及合作渠道中介的关系
• 定期回顾并分析所辖业务的品质及规模
• 推动团队发展，建立培训体系，组织开展部门内外部培训
• 作为客户服务经理服务大型客户，完成客户的日常服务和管理
• 部门主管分配的其他工作

最低任职要求：

• 大学本科或以上学历, 保险、金融或财经等专业优先
• 7 年以上直接服务团险大客户的服务经验， 兼具高端医疗客户和员工福利客户服务经验更佳
• 至少具有3 年客服团队管理经验
• 具有较强的责任心与业务敏锐度，沟通、协调、执行力强，能够对客户及竞争对手的变化做出快速反应并及时反馈
• 具有有较强的学习力、适应性和团队合作精神
• 具主动接受挑战，能承受较大工作压力
• 具备优秀的英语口语及书面写作能力(大学英语六级及以上)
