As a Senior Sales Advisor - Well Construction, you will be responsible for:
Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
Handling important business unit clients
Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
Handling big or challenging markets or multi country

To be successful in this role, you must:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology from an accredited university or college
Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Well Construction and Drilling Services Sales
Have experience with P&L and Tenders
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and lead programs / projects.
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Have established project management skills.
