Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist Regulatory Information Management (RIM)!

Elevate your career by joining our dynamic Regulatory IT team as a RIM expert, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing and managing our regulatory information and processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and support cutting-edge technology applications for Regulatory Information Management. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and maintaining the RIM platforms to align with our organization's regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with IT and business stakeholders to determine requirements and design innovative solutions within Veeva Vault RIM

  • Support with configuring Veeva Vault RIM modules, workflows, and data models to streamline regulatory activities and enhance process efficiency

  • Support IT and Business with data queries and reporting

  • Integrate Veeva Vault with other enterprise platforms and applications and ensure seamless software configuration management across diverse technology environments

  • Ensure integrated systems meet security and compliance standards through validation and testing

  • Support the business with creating training materials

  • Specialize in areas like API Platform Engineering

  • Actively participate in companywide Communities of Practice

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally as a Veeva Vault Developer or Administrator, or within Regulatory Information Management in the pharmaceutical industry

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with RIM (Veeva Preferred), including system configuration, process optimization, and training delivery

  • Proven track record of technical skills such as Document Management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and Jira

  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills

  • Experience with Animal Health is a preference
