Role Summary:The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Operations Excellence will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing operational processes within the manufacturing facility. This role involves analyzing current operations, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis of current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy process optimization solutions.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to optimize operational workflows.
  • Assist in the integration of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented operational excellence projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all improvement activities.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field)

Experience:
0 to 2 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
