How you'll make an impact

  • Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design through production.
  • Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
  • Partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software products.
  • Represent the engineering organization in technical discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
     

Your background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
  • Proven experience delivering complex software projects from concept to production.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
