This opportunity is part of our Career Comeback program within our Chief Operating Office (COO) team. You’re an experienced professional who’s taken a career break of two years or more, and are looking to return to the workforce. The program will start on Monday 10th March 2025.

Run over 12 weeks, the paid program is designed to provide you with the re-entry support and training you need to thrive. At the end of the program, permanent positions are available based on your performance and motivation to succeed.

Financial Crimes Services (FCS) brings together key capabilities across both run and change teams to disrupt financial crime & deliver on our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community.

Positioned within the wider crew, you will take responsibility for conducting analysis around products in your respective squads, understand your customer’s pain points and requirements; and contribute to designing the product’s operating model, working closely with the business to support human-centred design and enabling fast, quality outcomes that exceed our customer’s expectations by leveraging the power of data, AI and integrated technology.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Taken a career break of 2+ years and are interested in returning to work.
  • Worked with stakeholders in the past to understand their needs, concerns, and their operating environment to define clear problem statements.
  • Have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to synthesise business and technical concepts and present them in simple terms.
  • The ability to work well with dynamic technical teams, business stakeholders and 3rd party providers.
  • Experience assessing and documenting the Current and Future states of business functions and processes to identify and recommend improvements, including application of User and customer journeys.
  • Led requirements elicitation, including workshops to capture user stories. Constructively challenge stated user stories/ requirements.
  • A risk Mindset to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
  • Permanent Australian working rights and are Sydney based.
