Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Board Portal

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for our Board Portal solution. You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop a career in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, needs, and buying intent
  • Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Research target organisations, focusing on key stakeholders such as Company Secretaries, Legal, and Governance professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging
  • Consistently achieve and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and resilient
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections
  • Interest in SaaS, corporate governance, or B2B technology solutions
