We’re looking for someone to help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by handling administrative tasks. You could be part of the team. What would your day-to-day look like?

  • You’ll help prepare customs declarations, update data, and handle other administrative tasks as they arise daily
  • You’ll process customs documents with official authorities
  • You’ll be in contact with both internal and external customers, via phone or email, in at least two languages: Spanish and English
  • You’ll handle customer calls, providing information for customs clearance or answering questions about customs procedures
  • You’ll collaborate with other departments, mainly Billing and Operations, to deliver high-quality service to our customers
  • You’ll work as part of a team at your site to achieve company goals, providing the best possible service for worldwide shipments while ensuring compliance with customs regulations
  • In short: you’re proactive and organized, and you know how to make a difference in your area.

What do we expect from you?

  • Required education: High School Diploma or Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level). (A completed or in-progress university degree is a plus)
  • A proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Intermediate level of English will be value
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic IT/user-level computer skills
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade is a plus
  • Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
