Publishing Analytics & Ai Workflow Intern

We are KRAFTON – a global collective of game development studios and publishing teams dedicated to creating innovative entertainment experiences. While you may know us through our flagship title, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, our portfolio covers a diverse range games; from indie to AAA – made by studios all around the world.

Amsterdam is the home of KRAFTON Europe, where we cover publishing & marketing for the EMEA region, as well as manage our Esports and other activities. We are also currently building a new PUBG game, with a large team of developers based here in-house.

We’re looking for an analytically minded student with an interest in Ai to join our PUBG publishing team and help them level up their workflow. You’ll help us identify areas that Ai can improve our current set up and help us create new tools and solutions for them.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

• Map current reporting and workflow processes used by the team
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and automation opportunities
• Support prototyping of dashboards or reporting workflows using existing data sources
• Explore how AI can improve reporting, summarization, and workflow efficiency
• Build structured recommendations for longer-term workflow improvement
• Present progress in weekly updates and a final recommendation summary

What we’re ideally looking for:

• Currently in full-time education
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in AI, automation, data workflows, or business intelligence
• Ability to structure processes and identify inefficiencies
• Comfortable working with data and reporting logic
• Basic coding or dashboard-building capability is preferred
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical work simply
