Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDWAN Viptela Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to design, deploy, and manage SDWAN solutions using Viptela technology. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in one of the following secondary skills: RNS Cisco Nexus/Juniper/Arista, Zscaler, or Cloud (Azure and OCI). Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SDWAN solutions using Viptela technology, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Manage the entire SDWAN lifecycle, from initial design to deployment, maintenance, and upgrades. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate SDWAN into existing network infrastructure. Provide Level 3 support for complex network issues in SDWAN environments, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Conduct network performance analyses and optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation for network designs, configurations, and operational procedures related to SDWAN. Train and mentor junior team members in SDWAN technologies and best practices. Configuration management of networking devices using automation tools and API scripting with Python. Skilled in using Visio and other network documentation tool for creating HLD and LLD. Secondary Skills (Any One or two Required): RNS Cisco Nexus/Juniper/Arista: Expertise in managing networks using Cisco Nexus, Juniper, or Arista devices. Responsibilities include configuring high-performance networks, VLANs, VPNs, and advanced routing. Zscaler: Knowledge in configuring and managing Zscaler solutions for secure web gateway, cloud firewall, and data protection, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Cloud Azure and OCI: Proficiency in Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), focusing on cloud network integration and management, ensuring secure and efficient cloud connectivity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications in SDWAN Viptela and one of the secondary skills preferred. Strong experience in SDWAN technologies, especially Viptela, and knowledge in one of the secondary skill areas.
