Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to work within our Returns/Reverse Network. This role is pivotal in the development and management of our various sustainability and recycling initiatives across the network.   The ideal candidate will have experience in the sustainability/recycling industry, building frameworks, fostering cross-functional collaboration, creating performance metrics, and communicating with executive leadership.

This role is based in Bentonville, AR and can travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:

 Sustainability Program Management

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition during periods of change.
  • Develop partnerships across the operations, sustainability and merchandise organizations to build effective closed loop initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and coherence across different centers.
  • Work closely with third-party collaborators to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Partner with our enterprise sustainability and waste management teams to ensure continuity and alignment to corporate initiatives.

 Performance Metrics and Tools

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track performance and efficiency.
  • Create and implement tools to support operational processes and performance tracking.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
