We are looking for a self-motivated manufacturing Engineer to be in TW Hsinchu. You will support to build next-generation NVIDIA board level GPU, Tesla, DPU products, work closely with cross functional teams to help bring highly complex board products from its design phase into mass production.
The ideal candidate will drive the scope of test methodology on GPU, Tesla, DPU products with cross functional teams, review design concept, define validation plan, develop/automate config of test infrastructure to test various product features, optimize test manufacturability. Familiar with electronic products production build and test flow, have production test capacity sense and capability.
What you will be doing:
Work closely with internal team and CM factory to maintain test infrastructure factors & mfg flow implementation.
Support the upcoming roadmap execution and fast ramping of test capacity/test infrastructure in line with fast growing of manufacturing volumes in multiple CM sites, Define and improve board manufacturing processes.
Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of board level product development and manufacturing.
Support diagnosis and analyze test issues at the board level product with hardware, software, and operations engineering teams, Assist and provide feedback on board level product debug tools to SW team members.
Board level product test setup/troubleshooting (NPI+MP) follow up if CM factory has any issues for Diag package and FTP document.
Help design tools to automate product definitions, data collection, test case execution, and results analysis.
What we need to see:
BS or MS in EE, CS, Automatic Control, Systems Engineering.
5+ overall years’ experience with Manufacturing Test and test infrastructure develops experience. Familiar with GPU, DPU and data center tested platforms software
Deep knowledge of low-level software drivers and kernel.
Ability to debug at board/system level and usage of probing hardware.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams from local and oversea.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization.
Be proactive and drive projects with a minimum of supervision.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Knowledge of board and data center manufacturing process, system assembly / testing.
Experience in x86 assembly and knowledge of the PC architecture and power management.
Familiarity in Shell, JAVA, Perl, Python script programming; multi kinds of OS, such as Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu.
Experience in test solution, failure processing, and test program development
Experience with running system level diagnostic tests and deeper understanding of the purpose of those tests
