Job Description
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to :)
Main Responsibilities
Actively develop new marketing partnership strategic that meet business KPIs for lead generation with a suitable Cost per Lead (CPL) and lead quantity as determined by Call Centers.
Continually analyze marketing partnership performance to optimize marketing spend providing a high ROI on all activities.
Create strong marketing collateral and content that meet brand guidelines while achieving desired results.
Work collaboratively with all marketing teams to ensure knowledge and best practice is shared.
Build and enhance customer relationships through joint business plans, understanding customer business drivers, foreseeing future needs and providing win/win solutions.
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of marketing activities for short term, mid-term and long-term growth.
Develop tailor-made and innovative partnership strategies and tactics for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a portfolio of marketing campaigns that utilize an array of marketing channels.
Strategically target new audiences based on propensity to purchase the IHC vacation ownership product.
Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders that improve customer experiences from a marketing perspective including visitor interactions, system improvements, and to achieve an overall high level of memorable experiences to our guests and members
Innovation & Project Coordination:
Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
Assist IHC Marketing Director with administration and coordination of marketing collateral, campaigns and projects.
Leadership:
Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
A minimum of 3 years related experience with proven expertise in marketing.
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy with a high level of technical and professional skill and knowledge in marketing programs and strategy.
Experience using a variety of Marketing platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, basic website html coding, design programs (Adobe / Canva), and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Added bonus if experience using Salesforce or Merlin CRM.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including persuasive abilities, effective listening, diplomacy and tact, team-playing with demonstrated success in dealing with corporates.
Excellent organizational and communication skills both spoken and written. With a superb attention to detail.
Mature, charismatic personality possessing the style, stature, leadership and diplomacy required to work effectively with all teams, stakeholders and business leaders.
Ability to work independently but also operate efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Experience in building compelling customer proposals, business reviews and plans
Ability to travel inter/ intra state and internationally when required
