The Pharmacy Technician – Community supports the outpatient pharmacy team at Willoughby Hills Family Health Center, a high-volume ambulatory pharmacy processing approximately 400 prescriptions per day. This role involves rotating through multiple cross-trained work areas on a weekly basis, including prescription typing, medication filling, customer service and register support, answering phones, inventory management, and stocking responsibilities. Caregivers may also float to support additional workflow areas as needed, with each workstation maintaining daily task responsibilities to support efficient pharmacy operations and quality patient care.
A caregiver in this role will work 20 hours, Monday and Tuesday on 10 hour shifts from 7:45am to 6:15pm and may have to rotate into 9:45am to 8:15pm.
