The Job:
As an Art Director, working remote, you’ll be part of our in-house advertising agency—aka
“The Shop”.
The Shop is open. This is where ideas get built and finished. As an Art Director, you lead with concept
and follow through with execution. You take a brief, help find the idea, and bring it to life across
every channel. You’re growing your ability to move from strategy to concept to final work, and
you’re always pushing to make it better.
You partner closely with copy, strategy, account, and production. You’re hands-on in the work,
contribute to presentations, and help keep projects moving forward. You take direction well, ask
smart questions, and show up ready to make the work stronger.
• Contribute a high volume of ideas that turn strategy into clear, compelling creative
concepts
• Develop and execute concepts for campaigns, earned media, activations, and more across
all channels including digital, social, retail, and video
• Support projects from concept through final execution
• Partner with copywriters and cross-functional teams to build integrated work
• Help present ideas clearly and confidently, including what it is and why it works
• Collaborate with CD, ACD, and Senior Art Directors to develop and refine campaign
direction
• Assist in planning photo and video shoots, supporting art direction on set, and partnering
with photographers and videographers, production, vendors, and editors
• Manage multiple projects at once while staying on strategy, on time, and on budget
• Contribute to brainstorms and push the work to a higher standard

The Person:
You care about the work and want to get better. You’re curious, collaborative, and motivated to
grow. You’re someone who pushes past the first idea, balances speed with quality, takes feedback
and turns it into better work, and helps the team move forward, not get stuck. You’re able to work
independently, collaborate, and solve problems without heavy oversight. You also have:
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5+ years’ work experience with an in-house marketing team or advertising agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong design and art direction
• Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples required
• Photo/video art direction experience preferred
