Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the ServiceNow Custom Application Creation system. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. Your role will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the ServiceNow Custom Application Creation system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements. - Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow Custom Application Creation system. - Document and maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices. - Experience in designing and developing custom applications in ServiceNow. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience with ServiceNow workflows and automation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework and IT Service Management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
