Business Development Manager – Service Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities include:
- Promote Chillers and Controls connections to Open Blue Platform
- Coordination with sales team for closing secure orders for digital connections
- Coordinate with Operation Team for supporting the connections implemented.
- Digital service OBEM presentations to customers and bring awareness
- Technical knowledge for the above parameters.
- Driving sales productivity and controlling sales expenses.
- Directs sales processes to generate revenue, digital subscription.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status.
- Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales.
- Develop partner ecosystem with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
- Conduct market research, trends, competitors and customer analysis.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop promotional ideas and material.
- Continually track digital media metrics and KPIs to ensure growth.
- Conduct continuous research on the latest industry trends and consumer behavior analysis to develop new ideas for the market to generate further revenue.
- Extensive knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical or Computer Engineering with minimum 10-12 years of Sales experience with emphasis on digitalization and digital services.
• Familiarity with HVAC and Building Management System (BMS). Knowledge of common HVAC and electrical building codes, IoT, Cloud offering & Industry 4.0.
• Have Proven track record and technology expertise to drive solutions and services around Digital and Data driven services, Energy & Asset performance services, Predictive Maintenance analytics, Fault Detection & Diagnostics, System performance monitoring & reporting and Building Performance optimization.
• Have willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically as required.
