What you will do 

This is an 18-month Pricing Development Program consisting of three 6-month rotations. During each rotation, you will support leaders from different business the pricing and sales functions. This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Flexible start date: January 15, 2025. 

 

How You Will Do It 

These assignments are spread across multiple parts of the business. Program associates will work in pricing and sales rotations. These assignments will contain routine responsibilities and high-impact special project work, which will vary according to the needs of each department. Throughout the program, Associates will have both senior leaders and peer mentors to guide them while also receiving extensive training to prepare them for future roles within the organization. After completion of the 18-month program, graduates will have the opportunity to take the next step in their career with positions that fit their preferences and skillsets. #PRP 

 

Responsibilities can include: 

 

  • Field Pricing 

  • Deal review and analysis 

  • Counteroffer/negotiation, discount and win analytics 

  • Other revenue management reporting and analysis 

  • Products Pricing 

  • Perform in-line reviews for multiple product groups 

  • Improve pricing structure/consolidate price lists 

  • Price plan modeling and forecasting 

  • Sales 

  • Customer meetings 

  • Field Follows 

  • Sales Support 

 

What We Look For: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics or Math completed by the start of the program which is January and July. 

  • Knowledge of basic Economic, Finance, Accounting, and Math concepts 

  • Proficiency in a Microsoft Office Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability. 

  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze and interpret information from diverse sources and in a wide variety of forms 

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 

  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
