Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of Finance or any related course
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance and/or Operations role preferred
  • Core Job Competencies:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Comfortable learning new software/tools with minimal supervision
  • Attitude is everything. Must be open to learning, collaborating, and helping where needed
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required
  • Preferably with a working computer/laptop and good internet connection at home

An ESGI FOS Specialist is responsible, but not limited, to the following: 

  • Handles weekly billing reconciliation per facility
  • Reviews Pay no Bill and communicate disputes on a weekly basis
  • Provides weekly Statement of Accounts (SOA) per facility
  • Handles other tasks and projects assigned to the department or directly to him/her

New Start Review 

  • Master documented timesheet, contract and billing rules per client 
  • Review starts on a weekly basis checking accuracy of API vs contract for proper billing, escalating any issue to the US FOS team or contract team 
  • Review contract with Erecruit to assure all contractual items are on the calculator for accurate processing 
  • Creation of Payroll New start documentations, Bible and Expected Hours 

Pay-no-bill  

  • Resolve issues related to hours worked but not yet billable 
  • Review portals for rejected or unresolved approved timecards  
  • Communicate directly with traveler and client contacts to resolve all outstanding issues related to hours not billed and billed hours not paid, as applicable 
  • Work directly with direct functional manager and other departments on process improvements, documentation updates and other related tasks to improve management of unbilled hours and billed hours but not paid timely 
  • Relay to recruitment manager potential items that will need to be pulled back in the event of hours paid to traveler but ended up unbillable to client, as applicable 

AR Management 

  • Prep and send collection emails per ESGIs’ collection blocks 
  • Reconciliation of facility portals for approval and payments  
  • Dispute Resolutions with clients and our travelers  
  • EHS fields entry  
  • Collections notes updates  
  • AR mailbox management 
  • Credit memo preparations
