The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join the Core CRM Team at MongoDB. The Core CRM Team works cross functionally with Stakeholders across Marketing & Sales improving and enhancing the Sales process for our Customers. Specifically enhancing our Sales team Customer Engagement via various Sales tools, improving activity tracking, hardening our Salesforce Security model, and looking for opportunities to implement AI solutions to support Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create and support solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce that are secure and scalable. This includes: Flow, Validation Rules, custom fields, page layouts, custom objects, some Apex or Lightning Web Components troubleshooting etc.
  • Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Creating Technical User Stories with Acceptance Criteria 
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive out requirements
  • Create process flow diagrams
  • Maintains the backlog with support from the Product Manager
  • Coordinates / facilitates UAT, Showcases, scrum ceremonies
  • Solution Design
  • Investigating production issues
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the team
  • Improving existing processes and sharing runbooks
  • Stakeholder Communication from all levels of the business
  • Creating detailed documentation for both Technical and Business audiences

Required skills and experience

  • Over 5+ Years of Business Analyst / Product Owner experience within an end user or consultancy environment
  • 3+ Years of Salesforce experience
  • Must have at least or equivalent experience;
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant  
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture and best practices
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Analytical mindset (Understanding the why behind the request)
  • Has deep understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools (Lucid Chart)
  • Identifying risks and issues to the team to fix them in a timely manner

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$76,000$149,000 USD
