As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Bridging the gap between IT and the business using data to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Understand how Technology Business Management Office is placed horizontally across Micron IT.
• Facilitate business related discussions with internal and external stakeholders and oversee delivery.
• Manage, develop, deliver, and implement effective change plans to ensure successful implementation of the Program/Process/CPIs.
• Managing stakeholder expectations about the program/Process, ensuring organizational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
• Assist with pre- requisite and change analysis to understand the Project Risk and Impact
• Collaborate with Micron IT leadership, Process stakeholders, Program SMEs for various process improvements, delivery alignment, and governance.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively across multiple organizational units
• Document and monitor process. Come up with process improvement recommendation and streamline process gaps. 
• Maintains productive business relationships and develop effective stakeholder assistance methodologies.
• Display collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
