Lithos Energy designs and builds advanced lithium-ion battery packs from the ground up for use in high-performance automotive, marine and aerospace applications. We build the things we design and manufacture in-house, in California. Overview


As a Key Account Manager, you will be supporting a wide range of customer leadership and management tasks in our Sales and Marketing
team.  We are launching multiple new products for a key customer, and need a motivated, experienced, commercial leader and problem
solver to manage rapid customer growth across a range of battery systems and products.  This is a great opportunity to make an impact
as we launch these products by leading our customer interaction on this growing book of business. We highly value strong, positive, and
long-term customer relationships, based on product excellence and customer leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities

  • Be primary and lead point of communication for a key customer, both to the customer and internally.
  • Oversight of customer deliverables, pricing, and timing.
  • Work closely with our engineering and program management team as the main voice to the customer.
  • Support profit margin goals, and manage a significant number of tooling, NRE, prototype, and production PO’s and associated changes and updates.
  • Lead and maximize customer satisfaction for tangible deliverables and strong 2-way external an internal communication.This on-site position will be located in our main office and manufacturing facility in Hayward, California.

Qualifications

  •  Engineering or business degree
  •  5-10 years customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service excellence. 
  • Ability to lead both Product and Finance focused internal and external meetings.
  • Hands on, action oriented, and customer focused.
  • Up to 25% domestic US travel.

Desired Qualifications

  •  Experience in batteries or clean energy is a plus.
  •  Experience in automotive, EV, or other mobility products is a plus.
  •  Experience in off-road machines or industry is a plus.

Salary - 150-200K + Equity - DEO
