Order To Cash Transformation Project Manager

Description -

The Supply Chain Transformation & Resilience (SCTR) organization is searching for a Master Data integration Lead in its Order-to-Cash (OTC) CoE to contribute to the transformation of our Customer and Channel Partner Order Capture capabilities. 

 

Responsibilities: 
 
As an OTC CoE Master Data Integration Lead: 

  • Defines and implements a process to ensure OTC CoE master data requirements in support of prioritized L1 initiatives are met. 

  • Works with master data teams and HP IT to start automating this process for the different use cases like regression and acceptance testing. 

  • Proactively reaches out to relevant master data teams to understand their product roadmap and other upcoming changes. 

  • Analyzes these requirements for possible OTC Order Capture impact and works with the relevant teams to ensure the required interlocks take place. 

  • Works with master data teams to ensure relevant DQ checks are in place and are reviewed on a regular basis. Participates in these reviews to represent the interests of the OTC CoE. 

  • Limited travel (<20%) may be required as part of this job. 
     

Education and Experience Required:  

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. 

  • 10+ years of related experience in IT/business operations. 

  • 8+ years of project management experience. 

  • Experience with SAP, SAFe and/or the SCOR framework are a pre. 
     

Knowledge and Skills:  

  • Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise of Poly and/or HP's operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements in the Supply Chain Order Management domain with a good business acumen. 

  • Excellent understanding of technologies used inside and outside of HP to implement such processes in the B2C, B2B and/or B2D domains, e.g. SAP SD, API’s and/or EDI/B2Bi. 

  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Mastery in English. 

  • Ability to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts with a thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures. 

  • Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to lead a program within the scope of overall strategies. 

  • Knowledge and experience with SAFe and/or the SCOR framework are a pre.
