Reports directly to the Supervisor or Manager and carries out assigned tasks, instructions, and work schedules.
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned buildings and barracks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and presentable environment.
Performs routine cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of ceilings, vents, restrooms/latrines, and common spaces.
Stocks and replenishes cleaning supplies and consumables in assigned areas.
Conducts routine inspections and performs minor maintenance tasks; documents findings as required.
Executes heavy cleaning duties and supports special projects as directed.
Identifies and reports maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, and repair requirements to management.
Transports materials, supplies, and equipment to work locations and performs a range of general housekeeping tasks.
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Coordinates with operations teams to ensure service orders for living quarters are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provides professional, courteous customer service when interacting with residents and at the customer service desk.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully complete multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Demonstrated capability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Excellent customer service skills with a high level of self-motivation in managing communication channels.
Must meet overseas medical screening requirements and maintain good overall health.
Preferred Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Must have at least high school diploma, technical or vocational course graduate is required.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 1-year work experience in general cleaning as Janitor or Housekeeper.
