Your Responsibilities

見積活動、開発プロジェクト、量産プロジェクトにメカ担当者として参加し、グローバルメンバーと協力しながら以下の業務を実施する

• 顧客の要求分析と社内製品の整合性を検証する
• 顧客要求資料の作成と技術説明(デザインレビュー、DFMEA, DRBFM,試験レポート、CAE解析レポート、承認図面等）
• 設計変更、生産変更、サプライヤ変更時にリスク分析を実行する。
• 顧客と円滑なコミュニケーションし、必要な資料を用意するために社内（国内、海外）メンバーを調整する
• 国内、海外の、PM、営業、システム、エレキ、光学、ソフト、品質、工場メンバーといった専門性の異なるチームメンバーとともに、目的達成のために業務を遂行する
• 社内開発ルールに沿って業務（出図、設計変更）を遂行する
• 不具合分析の活動に参加する

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, or related)

Experience　

• 幾何公差を使ったアルミダイカスト、樹脂製品の設計経験、知識
• 自動車部品の量産開発経験10年以上
• あるべき姿の方向性をチームメンバーに示すことができ、自ら手を動かすこともいとわない方
• 指示を待つだけではなく、自らの意思で能動的に業務を遂行できる
• 海外メンバーに顧客の期待とニーズを的確に伝えることができる。
• プロジェクト内のリスクに対し、放置せずに積極的にチームで問題解決を図ることができる
• お客様と円滑なコミュニケーションができるレベルの日本語能力

Language

• 英語を使った業務をいとわない（メール、資料作成は必須、会議では伝えるための何らかの手段が取れる）
• 日本語ビジネスレベル以上（顧客とのコミュニケーションあり）

Education

大卒、高専（理工学系）もしくは同等の知識、経験
