We are seeking a talented invidivual to join Marsh Multinational Team of Marsh Japan. The role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

日本における外資系大手企業に対する以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

  • グローバルプログラムの構築、運営を行うアドバイザリー業務(主な保険種別:財物保険、賠償責任保険、海上貨物保険、役員賠償責任保険、サイバー保険、等)

  • クライアントのリスク実態に合った保険条件の策定やご提案

  • 保険プログラム構築に向け保険会社との各種交渉

  • 保険プログラム運営のため、当社海外拠点ならびにクライアントの海外本社とのコミュニケーション

What you need to have:

  • 経験:損害保険業界経験3年以上(企業営業経験者・企業保険のアンダーライター経験者歓迎)

  • 英語:ビジネスレベル
