Position Overview
The NorthShore Neurological Institute, a part of Endeavor Health, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician with an interest in headache medicine and neurology to join our growing multidisciplinary Headache Clinic. This unique opportunity allows a skilled internist to work in close collaboration with neurologists, pain specialists, and advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive care to patients with complex headache and migraine disorders.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient or hospital rounding

• Team-based care model within a high-volume, specialized neurology clinic

• Focus on managing patients with chronic migraine, tension-type headaches, medication overuse, and post-traumatic headaches

• Collaborate closely with fellowship-trained headache specialists and neurology subspecialists

• Access to in-clinic procedures such as Botox, nerve blocks, and infusion therapies (training provided if needed)

• Opportunities for academic involvement and teaching, if desired

• Monday–Friday schedule, no nights/weekends/call

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Interest in neurology, headache medicine, or pain management

• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
