Job Description:
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of high-performance software for embedded systems. In this role, you will work on complex software integrations, optimizing performance across multiple hardware platforms. You will focus on the development of device drivers, system diagnostics, and real-time operating systems (RTOS), with growing independence as you master advanced techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize embedded software using C and C++.
  • Design and implement interrupt-driven systems and real-time applications.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate microprocessors and microcontrollers into embedded systems.
  • Develop and maintain device drivers for hardware components.
  • Troubleshoot system-level issues and optimize performance for embedded solutions.

Skills You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Expertise in C and C++ programming for embedded systems.
  • Solid understanding of device drivers and interrupt-driven design.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontrollers.
  • Proficiency in Linux-based systems and system optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development.
  • Strong foundation in embedded systems, device drivers, and real-time systems.
