We are looking for a Product Manager/Owner who:

  • Is responsible for managing new feature developments on a large consumer facing digital product with development team.
  • Collaborates with multifunctional stakeholders to understand different points of view, and arrive at clear definition of opportunities.
  • Understands the consumer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog.
  • Communicate the status of the digital product to peers and manager.
  • Creates personas, user journeys, user flows. Conducts user and usability testing and utilizes the results to inform design decisions.
  • Embraces Agile methodologies - fail fast, learn, and iterate - and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with development teams in sprints.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and usability testing methods; experience with consumer-facing digital products is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate consumer needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements for developers.
  • Proficient in creating detailed user stories for new features, ensuring they are clear, valuable, feasible, and usable for development teams.
  • Experience in creating personas, user journeys, and user flows; familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and digital product development, with a willingness to embrace a "fail fast, learn, and iterate" approach.
  • A user-centric mindset, with a commitment to understanding consumer needs and delivering valuable product features.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, a Master’s degree is a plus
