How you will create an impact

  • Manage a pending of fidelity and crime claims  
  • Perform all areas of claims handling, including investigation, coverage analysis, litigation management, evaluation, reserving and negotiation.
  • Comply with Best Practices and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of litigation trends and regulatory updates effecting fidelity matters.
  • Make presentations to senior management on high severity or complex matters and trends.
  • Analyze claims trends and statistics to assist the business in proactively managing risks and exposures.
  • Work closely with Underwriting counterparts in risk analysis and account meetings.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years fidelity insurance claims experience.
  • Technical and direct claims experience preferred.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and meet all deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle claims and related file documentation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be able to efficiently and effectively manage caseload. 
  • A successful candidate will be a team player who can proactively identify trends and risks to assist management and underwriting in evaluating accounts and developing policy language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Individual must have good written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities and effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
