Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies.
  • Reports schedule adherence issues.
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.
  • Coordinates and supports process improvements.
  • Assists with inventory assessments and inventory management
  • Assists with safety stock inventory management
  • Coordinates resolution for abnormal parts condition management
  • Assists with overall parts coordination, status, tracking, and communication
  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Identifies supply/demand disconnects and risks
  • Support for Change Board and other change point decisions to evaluate ability to execute from a Supply perspective.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of working in a materials management, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years’ experience supporting deliverables for both internal/external customers
  • 1+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
  • Previous experience / working knowledge of Inventory Control (and corresponding software)

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required plus Special Program Access

This position will be expected to work 1st Shift

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $70,550 - $87,150 USD
