Summary of Position:

IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: •Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives •Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices) •Translating business requirements into application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 3+ years of applicable testing experience 
• Familiarity with various testing techniques
• 1+ years’ experience in utilizing Agile development methodology. 
• 1+ years’ experience in Atlassian toolsets (JIRA, Confluence) 
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Great troubleshooting skills
• Analytical mindset

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Understand business requirements and perform functional, and regression testing of application.
• Identify, report and track software defects and issues.
• Ensure test runs and results within the given time frame.
• Document test cases and test results.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• E-commerce domain testing experience
• Experience of API testing using Postman
• Prior working experience of working on Tricentis test management tool qTest
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
