Pharmacy Retail Sales Representative - Cape Town

What will you be doing?

The role forms part of the Advanced Wound Care Division and is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand loyalty across three primary channels: General Practitioners (GPs), Independent and Corporate Pharmacies, and Pharmacy-led Clinics. This role reports to the Business Unit Director and collaborates with Marketing (for lead generation).

What will you need to be successful?

  • To Identify new leads, conducting sales calls with GPs and Pharmacies to meet monthly targets.
  • To develop and maintain a regular calling pattern and to report accordingly.
  • To conducting In-Service training for clinic nurses and pharmacists.
  • To maintain relationships with existing clients, monitoring stock levels on pharmacy shelves and ensuring product visibility.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Physiology, etc.), Nursing, or a Business/Marketing degree with a strong technical aptitude.
  • A valid driver’s license and own Vehicle
