WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the EMEA Senior Professional Brand Marketing, Men’s Sportswear, you will report directly into the EMEA Senior Manager, Brand Management, Men’s Sportswear.You will work alongside a team of other EMEA Brand management directors, Lead & Senior Professionals, and Specialists who with you, will collectively build the future of Nike Sportswear brought to life in the EMEA. You will collaborate with teammates across the Nike Consumer construct in the Women’s and Kid’s teams and other marketing fuynctional partners supporting an integrated sportswear offence serving the athletes* of EMEA day in and day out.

The candidate needs to bring a depth of experience within Brand Management and Marketing, deep understanding of the Sport & Sport Culture Consumer landscape, Media and Digital platforms. Deep Brand and/or brand functional management, with ideally a strong focus on cross functional marketing and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field.
Brand Management - Develops the strategy and delivers timely & effective execution of seasonal Marketing Plans through extensive cross-functional collaboration involving other the marketing functions such as Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Energy, Comms & Sports Marketing and other relevant Functions such as merchandising and MPU’S.
Proven ability to think Consumer First and creates strategies that leverage competitive advantages and emerging trends.
Communicate clear vision that motivates others to action. Ensures that others understand how their efforts and contributions make a positive difference.
Collaborate & Support the City Sportswear leads where needed to drive execution of the Marketing Initiatives across the EMEA marketplace.
Manage resources to ensure financial and operational objectives are met with planning/finance teams. Responsible for mid-size projects and budgets.
Developing others be fostering an environment that encourages and enables others to build skills and develop their careers. Provides useful real-time coaching to others.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role is responsible for playing a key part of the team that sets the strategic & seasonal direction for Men’s Sportswear across the priority opportunities of Air Max and the Look of Football.
This person will support our seasonal offense as a critical member of the Consumer Construct Nike Sportswear team, working closely with Women’s (& Kid’s) Sportswear teams to build strategies & plans that support our key business drivers, while identifying opportunities and developing plans specific for how to grow the Men’s Sportswear business.
This role will also be a key partner with other Marketing Functions (Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, Sports Marketing, Integrated Media, Marketing Science & Analytics), as well as Global and City teams to coordinate and collaborate to drive efficiency & alignment for our marketing plans.
