As a (Senior) Enterprise Business Development Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth by uncovering new opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and qualifying leads in untapped business verticals. Partnering closely with the Enterprise Sales Team, you’ll ensure a seamless handover of opportunities while optimizing pipeline management and fostering exceptional client relationships. 

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding NavVis’ footprint across dynamic industries like processing, retail, FMCG, and beyond. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your expertise, sharpen your skills, and make a tangible impact in a global business development team.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Strategic Prospecting: You will proactively identify and research target accounts in key Enterprise verticals (e.g., processing, retail, FMCG) to ensure alignment with NavVis' revenue goals.
  • Qualifying Leads: You will engage prospects to assess fit, identify opportunities, and drive early-stage interest in NavVis solutions.
  • Collaborative Account Support: You will partner with the Senior Enterprise Sales Executive and Solution Consultant teams to build strategic account plans and ensure smooth handovers for qualified opportunities.
  • Market Awareness: You will develop a deep understanding of the industries and client personas within your territory to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Innovative Outreach: You will design and execute creative campaigns, together with the market intelligence team and enterprise campaign team, to engage Enterprise decision-makers and influencers, leveraging NavVis' robust portfolio of materials and use cases.
  • Pipeline Optimization: You will maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, ensuring a robust and well-documented sales funnel using tools like HubSpot.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with market intelligence & strategy, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure the delivery of a seamless client experience. 

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles, ideally within Enterprise SaaS or tech sales.
  • Your familiarity with digital transformation concepts, particularly in facility or factory digitalization, is a significant advantage.
  • Your exceptional presentation and communication skills as well as your ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build rapport with high-level decision-makers, will help you succeed in this role.
  • Your expertise with CRM platforms and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, will enable you to keep proper track of your funnel.
  • You have a passion for collaborating in fast-paced sales environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Your exceptional skills in written and spoken German will allow you to understand our target group’s needs best.
  • Business-level English language skills, since English is our official language.
  • Preferred Location: Munich or surrounding areas within Germany.
