Roles and Responsibility:
Internal Process & System Audits:
Conduct process audits as per the plan and address any gaps in the process.
Ensure system audits as per Ashirvad IMS (Integrated Management System) are conducted as per the annual plan.
Share audit reports with the CSO coordinator and ensure all non-conformances (NCs) are closed within the agreed timeline.
Monitor critical parameters through Statistical Process Control (SPC) to maintain process control.
Highlight internal issues related to product quality through NCR and analyze rejection rates.
Audits, Customer Inspection and Compliance:
Responsible for preparations related to Customer inspection audit, BIS Approval, IAPMO NSF approvals, and maintenance of the approvals and certifications.
Provide replacement samples and necessary documentation to customers as required.
Coordinate with subcon management for compliance with applicable BIS / ASTM / UL standards.
Customer Complaint Management
Attend to customer complaints in coordination with the CSO team.
Analyze complaints with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) from the plant. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions within the agreed timeline with the customer.
Perform the timely QC inspection for the Customer sales return
Warehouse Quality Audit
Perform the Yard audit and ensure the storage compliance with respect to IS 7634 part 3
Ensure FG parts are stored as per the agreed SOP and monitor the FIFO system. Pick random samples from FG and conduct testing as per the QA plan to ensure all parameters are within specification.
Continuous Improvement:
Ensure continual improvement is planned for the plant to achieve zero defects in the process.
Perform the CAPA sustenance audit and Monitor the functioning of Poka-yoke / engineering controls are working at all times as per the SOP.
Requirement:
1-3 years’ experience
Education Qualification: Plastics Engineering from CIPET (PGD-PPT)
Good Learning Agility
Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Problem Solving Skills – Ability to drive RCA and CAPA to avoid repetition of the problems.
Continuous Improvement – Ability to drive Kaizen for defect reduction
Execute all the SOPs get the desired Product Quality and on time delivery.
Good Written and Oratory communication skills
