As a Procurement Business Analyst, you’ll turn data into decisions that improve supplier performance, reduce risk, and inform smarter sourcing.

What You’ll Do

• Stand up KPI frameworks and executive‑ready dashboards that make performance visible and actionable.
• Create supplier scorecards that bring consistency to business reviews and shared accountability for results.
• Lead spend and market analysis—connect trends, cost drivers, and predictive insights to category strategies.
• Publish concise commodity briefs that prepare buyers and sourcing managers for negotiations.
• Track contracts and claims, monitor renewal timelines, and surface root‑cause insights to improve processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar + ~3 years relevant experience; or ~6 years experience without a degree.
• Strength in analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and organization, with the ability to communicate clearly.
• A natural information seeker who thrives in a builder environment and translates complexity into practical recommendations.
• Exposure to food/ingredients or regulated, quality‑intensive settings is a plus.

• Expected Pay Range: $70K-$85K, exempt
• Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
