As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Synthesize complex data from multiple sources, ensuring insightful analyses to support critical business decisions.

-Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust analytical frameworks and data solutions.

-Proactively identify and address data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and raising clarification queries as needed.

-Design and develop sophisticated reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights with clarity and impact.

-Execute meticulous data validation and trend analysis, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and reliability in outputs.

-Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to align expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.

-Document comprehensive findings, including data definitions, methodologies, assumptions, and process flows, for transparency and future use.

Employ advanced analytical tools and productivity techniques to drive operational efficiency and streamline complex workflows.

-Represent analysis results to clients and stakeholders, articulating recommendations with precision and clarity during discussions or walkthroughs.

-Uphold high standards of data confidentiality and quality, ensuring timely delivery of insights on assigned tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data analytics platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance data architectures.
- Ability to optimize complex queries and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating data solutions into broader software ecosystems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to data processing and storage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google BigQuery.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
