Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Management Intern to join the Aeronautics Sector Intern Program. This position will be in Melbourne, FL.

The selected candidate will support an Integrated Product Team (IPT) located in Melbourne, FL. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, with an eagerness to learn, and a passion for managing concurrent and effective projects. The selected candidate should have a willingness to explore new project management techniques and develop them in a team environment.

As an Aircraft Solutions Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to activities in Project Management team responsibilities including:

• Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management
• Planning, scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Configuration and Data Management
• Contract Requirement Management
• Resource Management
• Proposal / Capture for Program Growth

Basic Qualifications:

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026.
• Be majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related degree program
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
• Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

Intern Pay Range:

• Undergraduate Degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master’s program): $19.00 to $28.00 per hour
• Master’s: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour

At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
