Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing the daily functions of the Member Support Centre

• Assure that all reservations are handled professionally and accurately

• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies

• Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to MGM and assists others to do the same

• Perform other job-related duties

Job Requirements:

• Room Reservations, Front Desk or customer service experience preferred

• High school graduated or above

• Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese / Ability to operate computer and Microsoft Office

• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
