Location: Sault Ste. Marie
Duration: Summer (May – August 2026)

Type: Student Full Time

Range: $18.50 - $28.50

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to support the full marketing and product funnel across lottery product management, campaign execution, digital iLottery initiatives, and business analysis.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting under the supervision of Sr. Product Manager Regional Draw-Based Games, you will be empowered to work across an expansive portfolio of lottery products to:

  • Assist in planning and executing regional marketing initiatives across paid, owned, earned, retail, social, and experiential channels for multiple new 2026 product launches.

  • Support the Product Managers with a product web page refresh initiative, by auditing content, assisting with agency briefs, supporting creative development, helping ensure accurate, high-quality digital experience for players.

  • Support performance assessment and analysis across both retail and digital channels to identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and improved player engagement.

  • Support creative campaign development and media planning activities including brief preparation, content coordination, and creative reviews

  • Support the Product Managers in development of new game launch campaign, including media and on-the-ground activations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Media, Communications, Technology, Retail, and our Project teams

  • Review and share customer feedback and pain points across retail and digital to assess and ideate on opportunities to improve the experience across channels.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

  • Enrolled in a relevant post-secondary education program (Business/Commerce, Communications, Digital, Strategy, or related field)

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; effective cross-functional collaborator

  • Knowledge of digital products, marketing strategy, user journeys, and product development

  • Detail oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast paced environments

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and translate insights into recommendations

  • Skilled at breaking down complex problems, prioritizing, and driving clear actions

  • Curious, customer focused, and motivated by learning and market insights

  • Able to balance structured thinking with creative problem solving across product and marketing needs

  • Collaborative creative thinking with experience working in a team environment.

  • Understanding of OLG lottery products is a definite asset
