Let’s talk about this role 

As the Delivery Manager in Data & AI, you'll be instrumental in establishing and driving our agile delivery framework, setting and guiding teams to lead business projects with Data & AI deliverables, and providing support to achieve optimal outcome.

Some other key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Data & AI leads during quarterly planning cycles to prioritize work, manage risks, and optimize team capacity

  • Champion Agile methodologies, coach teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Engage with various teams to ensure coordinated delivery and overcome obstacles, considering team capacity and capability in consultation with Data and AI managers/leads

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicate project progress, and manage expectations

Let’s talk about you 

With a strong agile background and proven ability to turn principles into practices, other skills and experience that will set you up for success in this role include:

  • Minimum of 5 years in an agile project management or an agile delivery management role

  • Systematic/process-oriented thinking (i.e. lean operations, systems thinking)

  • Previous experience in the continuous delivery of products/features

  • Ability to influence in a matrix environment

  • Strong oral and written communication

  • Proven experience in building, coaching, and developing teams

  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities

  • Formal training and certification in Agile project management/product delivery methodologies is highly desirable
