Enersul is seeking an Operator to join our plant operations team in Edson, AB.

Shift work, 12 hours – week on, week off majority being day shift. Occasional need for night shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.  Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and housekeeping.

• Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.

• Adhere by company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.

• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.

• Other duties as required.
   

Qualifications

• Completed a high school diploma or equivalent education.

• Heavy Equipment operation experience is an asset.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Safety tickets: H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset.

• Railcar handling experience is an asset.
