ARC’One, our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, is home to a team of skilled makers and technicians who bring Arc’teryx products to life. Located near our Design Center, the facility plays an important role in how we prototype, test, refine and manufacture the technical gear we are known for.
 
Some of our most technically complex products, including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here. The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc’teryx gear.
 
This is hands-on, precision work where craftsmanship, problem-solving and continuous improvement come together on the production floor. This is Who We Are.
 
The Data Analyst, Manufacturing Business Processing works with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop visuals for performance metrics, and provide valuable insights to enhance overall manufacturing performance. You will contribute to the achievement of KPI goals, enable teams to identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across various departments. This role is based out of Arc’One, our manufacturing facility located at New Westminster and is working on-site for day-to-day fast-paced operational support.

The Manufacturing Business Process team is a dynamic team specializing in solving various kinds of business problems by logical reasoning and utilizing knowledge of business acumen and processes. The Analyst partners with internal and external teams to understand the business problem on hand, prioritize business requirements, and find appropriate solutions leveraging databases and dashboards to provide clear data visibility.
