Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on vendor-related requests submitted, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Support the creation, update, and validation of vendor master data in accordance with internal controls and global standards.
  • Assist in verifying vendor documentation and compliance checks as part of the onboarding process.
  • Perform data quality reviews, identify inconsistencies, and support clean-up initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and confirm required vendor information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Vendor Master Data team for ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Gain exposure to procurement and finance operations in a global working environment, contributing to real-world business impact.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Management, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, global working environment.

Internship Duration:

Minimum six months internship.
