Job Description:

DXC Claims Management Sevices has recently broadened our Self Insurance team and is seeking a National Self Insurance Compliance Manager, located in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

In 2025, DXC will begin overseeing Self Insurance workers’ compensation claims on a national level. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing an internal control and governance framework to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

You possess demonstrated management experience and a deep understanding of contractual compliance. You will thrive in the role of developing and mentoring a compliance and risk team while implementing a nationwide compliance program.

Required Skills and Experience:

•           Background in self-insurance or statutory benefits systems

•           Proven ability to create and sustain a national audit framework

•           Expertise in ensuring national contract compliance

•           Skilled in managing key stakeholder relationships

•           Exceptional communication abilities

•           Proficient in risk management strategies

•           Experience in leading and developing a team
