As a Senior Program Manager in our Santa Clara office, you will work on programs that push boundaries in AI and accelerated computing. This role provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation on groundbreaking programs and collaborate with industry experts.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and managing sophisticated programs with a focus on flawless execution and delivery to drive our Generative AI initiatives and go-to-market strategies forward.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, etc. to determine program requirements and develop comprehensive plans ensuring alignment with individual workstreams and overall business goals.
Proactively identifying and minimizing risks associated with programs.
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope by adhering to established processes and methodologies.
Managing communication across the organization through regular and clear updates to leadership on the statuses and risks.
Mentoring and guiding team members to achieve outstanding performance.
What we need to see:
12+ years of solid experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully implementing large-scale initiatives in fast-faced, ambiguous environments.
Self-starter who is able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on program management.
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to communicate effectively to influence and drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in the tech industry or with enterprise software products – planning and launching software products and solutions including co-developed solutions and implementing go-to-market strategies.
Deep understanding of software lifecycle principles.
A master's degree is preferred.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
