Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain high-quality service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Operations, Wireless Technologies Operations, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
